•Patients with shoulder pain of minimum 1 month duration with no major trauma.
•Unilateral Adhesive capsulitis.
•Patients with severe shoulder pain experienced particularly at night.
•Patients with restricted movement both active and passive range of motion of shoulder joint.
•Clinically diagnosed patient of Adhesive capsulitis( stage 1 and stage 2 )
•Patients who are agreed to sign the informed consent form and follow up the protocol.

•Age less than 35 years, more than 65 years.
•Any recent history of trauma or fracture in or around the shoulder joint.
•Recent shoulder surgery.
•Patients suffering from calcific tendinitis, rotator cuff syndrome, bicipital tendinitis or cervical spondyliltis with radiculopathy.
•Patients with uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus.
•Patients with Tuberculosis, Hyperthyroidism and Hypothyroidism.
•Unsuitable for electrotherapy: pregnancy, epilepsy, patients with pacemaker.
•Any neurological or sensory deficit of affected upper limb.
