Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient with breast cancer requiring cardiac sparing for reduction of dose to heart and its sub\-structures.
- •2\.Patient of adult lymphoma with mediastinal involvement requiring cardiac sparing.
- •3\.Patient who could understand and follow the instruction of breath hold exercises.
- •4\.Patient who has the ability to hold breath for ââ?°Â¥ 15 seconds after adequate training.
- •5\.Patient who has adequate chest expansion.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients who do not wish to consent for the study.
