- •1.Patient with breast cancer requiring cardiac sparing for reduction of dose to heart and its sub-structures.
- •2.Patient of adult lymphoma with mediastinal involvement requiring cardiac sparing.
- •3.Patient who could understand and follow the instruction of breath hold exercises.
- •4.Patient who has the ability to hold breath for ââ?°Â¥ 15 seconds after adequate training.
- •5.Patient who has adequate chest expansion.

- •1.Patients who do not wish to consent for the study.
