Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patient with breast cancer requiring cardiac sparing for reduction of dose to heart and its sub\-structures.
  • 2\.Patient of adult lymphoma with mediastinal involvement requiring cardiac sparing.
  • 3\.Patient who could understand and follow the instruction of breath hold exercises.
  • 4\.Patient who has the ability to hold breath for ââ?°Â¥ 15 seconds after adequate training.
  • 5\.Patient who has adequate chest expansion.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients who do not wish to consent for the study.
