1.Age group of 18 years to 70 years.
2.Having first or second-degree burns, less than 6 hours since the burn incident, any burnt area of the body except the head, face, breasts and perineum
1.Lack of tendency to continue and cooperate in research
2.Burns of more than 10%,
3.Patients requiring hospitalization,
4.Burns on the head, face,breast or perineum,
5.Electrical or chemical burns,
6.Those needing injectable pain relief agents,
7.History of Diabetes Mellitus and hypertension, immunodeficiency or any illnesses that may be worsened by participation in the trial.
8.Pregnant/lactating mother.

Name Time Method The effect of PK-SHRI herbal cream in managing burn wounds by accessing Burning, Colour, Tenderness <br/ ><br>Swelling, margin and scar.Timepoint: Burning, Colour, Tenderness <br/ ><br>Swelling Will be assessed on 0th 7th & 14th day. <br/ ><br>Scar will be assessed on 28th & 45th day. <br/ ><br>Margin will be assessed on 0th 7th 14th 28th and 45th day.
