Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with cardiogenic shock following MI (SCAI classification Stage B and C) and Killip class IV who are medically stable
- •Either gender
- •Above the age of 18years
Exclusion Criteria
- •SCAI classification Stage E
- •Uncontrolled arrhythmias
- •Patients with pre\-existing neuromuscular diseases
