入选标准
- •The inclusion criteria were patients aged > 18 years who were admit to the Department of Internal Medicine with signs and symptoms of UGIH inclusion criteria: melena, coffee ground vomitus, hematemesis and/or hematochezia.
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria included:
- •(1) patients who did not undergo esophagogastroduodenoscope (EGD) within 72 hours after onset of admission
- •(2) patients with history of UGIH in part 3 months
- •(3) patients diagnosed non-UGIH after the diagnostic workup
- •(4) patients with incomplete data required for calculation of either of three scores
- •(5) patients who had received treatment at other institutions
- •(6) patients who declined to provide informed consent for the study.
