Inclusion Criteria
- •A. Adult (20\=age\<80\), male and female
- •B. Patients undergoing clip ligation to treat unruptured cerebral aneurysm
- •C. Patients with conventional Pterional Craniotomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •A. patients with a previous history of craniotomy on the ipsilateral side
- •B. Patients undergoing multiple craniotomy
- •C. Patients with expanding Pterional Craniotomy
