- •Gestational age more than 36 weeks
- •Women in active stage of labor
- •Vertex Presentation of the fetus with engaged fetal head
- •women who can ambulate without much discomfort approximately for 1.5 kms
- •Willingness to participate in the study or having a clear treatment preference
排除标准
- •Gestational age less than 36 weeks
- •Malpresentation of the fetus
- •Multiple pregnancy
- •Antepartum haemorrhage
- •Placenta praevia
- •Abruptio placenta
- •Non engaged fetal head
- •Suboptimal fetal heart beats
- •Pre- eclampsia
- •High risk pregnancy where ambulation and exercises are contraindicated
