Vertex Presentation of the fetus with engaged fetal head
women who can ambulate without much discomfort approximately for 1.5 kms
Willingness to participate in the study or having a clear treatment preference
Gestational age less than 36 weeks
Malpresentation of the fetus
Multiple pregnancy
Antepartum haemorrhage
Placenta praevia
Abruptio placenta
Non engaged fetal head
Suboptimal fetal heart beats
Pre- eclampsia
High risk pregnancy where ambulation and exercises are contraindicated
