1. Thai age 19-70 years old. 2. were diagnosed carpal tunnel syndrome by history, clinical, physical examination and confirm by electrodiagnosis
1. peripheral polyneuropathy 2. cervical stenosis/radiculopathy/brachial plexopathy
3. median neuropathy at other area or from other causes . 4. trauma or surgery at forearm and wrist 3. received steroid/surgery for CTS treatment within 6 months
4. anatomical variation such as median- ulnar Martin Gruber anastomosis 5. contraindication to electrodiagnosis
