Resident medical officers working for Queensland Health who have a minimum of 10 weeks experience in emergency department.
Exclusion Criteria
No experience or less then 10 weeks working in an emergency department

Name Time Method Percentage of particpants that are not confident with ophthalmic emergencies. They will be asked to reply on a survey either:<br>(a) Not confident <br>(b) A little confident <br>(c) Confident <br>The percentage of each response will be collated.[10 weeks];Percentage of particpants that are not confident with measuring intra-ocular pressure.
