- •1\) Age \= 60 years
- •2\)Both men and women
排除标准
- •1\)Acute medical conditions (asthma attack, recent fractures, bronchitis, pneumonia, burns)
- •2\) Recent Cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal disorders and neurological disorders affecting physical function.
- •3\)Participants having history of cognitive impairment or reporting of severe decline of memory according to MMSE scale.
- •4\)Participants with risk of falls according to falls efficacy scale.
