Inclusion Criteria
- •(a) adults 18 years of age or older
- •(b) persons who received a disability grade of visual impairment
- •(c) those who had been diagnosed with diabetes by a doctor for more than 6 months.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(a) people with psychiatric disorders that could affect their ability to participate in the study.
- •(b) persons who refused to participate in the study
