- •Non opioid dependant

- •Patients refusal
- •Patient with known drug allergy
- •Opioid dependence
- •Hepatic and renal pathologies
- •History of long term usage of NSAIDS
- •Diabetes mellitus and other neuropathic disorders
- •Psychiatric disorders
- •Inability to use PCA pump
- •History of chronic pain
- •History of postoperative nausea and vomiting
