- •All patients who will be undergoing surgeries around knee that can be done under spinal anesthesia
- •ASA1 to ASA 3
- •Age between 18-80yr
排除标准
- •Patients refusal to ACB
- •Patients undergoing bilateral surgery
- •Patients with neurological disorders
- •Patients with musculoskeletal disorder
- •Need for adjuvant blocks (Popliteal)
- •Allergy to study drugs
- •Infection in area in the surgical area
- •Coagulopathy
- •Relative contraindications
