Inclusion Criteria
Female patients with 18 years of age and above diagnosed with breast cancer without metastasis and admitted to receive first cycle of chemotherapy.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who are not willing to participate in the study.
Mentally challenged patients
Patients who are not able to speak

Name Time Method Impact of pharmaceutical care provided by the clinical pharmacist in improving the quality of life of breast cancer patients will be studied. <br/ ><br>Impact of clinical pharmacist medication counseling on medication adherence among breast cancer patients will be analyzed.Timepoint: It will be evaluated after the completion of data collection and followup which is expected to be completed by February 2022
