Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients who visit clinic as soon as they have initial symptoms of heat illness
2.Patients who have blood test and treatment after visiting clinic
3.Patients who have urine test after treatment
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with infective disease
2.Patients who visit clinic over 30 minutes later after having symptoms
