1. All patients worked up for esopegectomy surgery (ca esophagus )
2. Patients aged between 18-99 yrs
Exclusion Criteria
1)Inability to use/comprehend working of pedometer or whatsapp media in mobile phone and patients with mobile phone illiteracy
2)Patients who refuse to take participation in the study
