- •Patient admitted in MGMCRI with Dengue NS1 Antigen Positive, tested by Rapid
- •Card Test, Irrespective of IgM, IgG Status
- •Both Male and Female Patients in the Age Group - 18 to 60 Yrs
- •Patients with Warning Signs, Bleeding Manifestations, Vascular Leak can also be
排除标准
- •Patients having Comorbidities except Diabetes Mellitus & Systemic Hypertension
- •Patients with other co infections like scrub typhus and malaria
- •Patient with Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura, Hemolytic uremic syndrome
- •Patient with Disseminated intravascular coagulation, Idiopathic thrombocytopenic
- •Patient on Antiplatelets Drugs and Anticoagulants
- •Patient requiring Platelets transfusion
- •Chronic Kidney or liver Diseases
- •Pregnancy and Lactating Mother
- •Vulnerable Population including Children and Elderly Population
