Inclusion Criteria
Performs front crawl freestyle stroke.
Swimmig as recreational activity for more than 1year.
Swims atleast 3days per week.
Completes at least 2laps
Exclusion Criteria
Any history of neurological, respiratory disorders, cardiac dysfunctions.
Open wounds, abdominal surgeries, etc.
Exercises regularly apart from swimming.
