入选标准
- •All newly diagnosed adult cases with drug sensitive and drug resistant TB including MDR and XDR TB, pulmonary and extra pulmonary TB.
- •Patients already detected with drug sensitive TB and having previous data of differential count.
- •Healthy blood donors for control.
排除标准
- •Patient diagnosed previously elsewhere but having no record of CBC or treatment.
- •Adult Patients with active TB and having:
- •Viral hepatitis
- •Diabetes, Hypertension
- •Pregnant females
- •Lung cancer
- •Autoimmune conditions
- •Patients on Anticancer drugs and bone marrow suppressing drugs
- •Patients who have taken any Antibiotic drug in last 7 days
