Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients scheduled for thyroid surgery in Seoul St. Mary's hospital
2. Adults (age more than 19 years old and less than 70 years old)
3. American Society of Anesthesiologists grade 1 or 2

Exclusion Criteria

1) Disagreement to participate in this study
2) Emergency case
3) Patients who are contraindicated with acetaminophen or ibuprofen
4) Hemodynamic instability during surgery
