Inclusion Criteria
Subjects willing to participate in the study.
All gender subjects aged between 18 to 40 years.
Subjects who fulfil the diagnostic criteria of CGH. given by Sjaastad and Fredriksen.
Positive Flexion Rotation Test.
Exclusion Criteria
Headache due to non cervical origin.
Headache with autonomic involvement, dizziness, or visual disturbance.
Congenital conditions of the cervical spine.
