Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Chronic alcoholic patient, currently in active dependence
- •2. Willing to participate in Yoga therapy
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Patients manifesting complications of alcoholism such as giddiness, seizures, memory problem preventing them from comprehending the instructions.
- •2. Patients un-willing to come to Yoga
- •3. Unable to comprehend and perform the techniques in the protocol
