Inclusion Criteria
- •Part 1: Initial screening survey
- •18 years or older
- •Perceived good comprehension of English.
- •Residing in Australia
- •Part 2: 4\-week intervention
- •Completed inital screening survey
- •Met following screening criteria based on survey responses: eat cakes/biscuits/buns/donuts or chocolate/lollies most days a week
- •Willing to provide informed consent
- •Access to own smartphone and willing to download a free application from app store
- •Access to own email address/service
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any self\-reported disordered eating
