Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Receiving insulin injection therapy (at least 4 times/day) or insulin pump treatment, Type 1 diabetes patients aged 18\-50\.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Uncontrolled cardiovascular diseases
- •2\.Renal diseases
- •3\.Musculoskeletal injuries in the past 6 months
- •4\.Hemoglobin A1C (HbA1C)levels are greater than 10%
- •5\.Pre\-exercise blood glucose is less than 90 mg/dl
- •6\.Pre\-exercise blood glucose is greater than 250 mg/dl
- •7\.Known complications
