- •1. The patients who need to undergo pancreatoduodnectomy for pancreatic head cancer
- •2. No systemic metastasis
- •3. more than 20 years old
- •4. Patients who can read and understand the informed consent and can express their intent to agree

- •1. Systemic metastasis
- •2. Neoadjuvant chemothearpy for borderline resectable pancreatic cancer or locally advanced pancreatic cancer
- •3.. patients who need reconstruct artery
- •4. Ischemic heart disease
- •5. Severe liver failure, liver cirrhosis
- •6. Respiratory distress with oxygen therapy
- •7. Chronic kidney disease with hemodialysis
