- •GYMNASTS HAVING MYOFASCIAL PAIN TRIGGER POINT AROUN SCAPULAR REGION ( \>3\)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Recent contusion, fractures.
- •2\.Any skin condition.
- •3\.Any surgeries, other pathology around shoulder complex, neck and spine region
- •4\. Vascular diseases, bleeding abnormality
