- •Both routine and emergency surgeries.

- •1. Patient below the age for informed consent.
- •2. Pregnancy induced hypertension.
- •3. Valvular heart disease and arrhythmias
- •4. Local site infection at the back.
- •5. Coagulopathy.
- •7. Patients having contraindications for neuraxial blockade.
