Inclusion Criteria
Age more than 75 years old
Patient with Garden Classification type 3,4
Still walking before operation
Patient who inform consented
Exclusion Criteria
Acerabulm with arthrosis or erosion at least grade 1 (Baker's classification)
Morbid Obesity (Body mass index> 35)
Fracture with fracture neck of femur
Infection Disease
Advanced cancer
Allergy to metal history
Pathologic fractures
Ulcersa at surgery area, severe somatic illness, severe bleeding disorder
Psychiatry, alcoholism
