- •All patients undergoing elective infraumbilical surgeries under spinal anaesthesia who fit into American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II.

- •Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia
- •Patient refusal
- •Patient allergic to opioids and local anaesthetic agents
- •Pregnant and lactating women
