- •At least 18 years old;
- •Symptoms of non-organic insomnia (score of =5 on the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index);
- •Smartphone with android (version 4.0 or higher);
- •Internet access and valid e-mail address;
- •Written consent after informing
排除标准
- •Organic insomnia;
- •Being under psychotherapeutic or psychiatric treatment;
- •Being on a waitlist for psychotherapeutic or psychiatric treatment;
- •Current or former diagnosis of a psychotic disorder or Borderline Personality Disorder;
- •Acute suicidality;
- •Linguistic barriers
