1) All patients between 18 to 65 years with morbid obesity shall be included in this study.
2) Patients with BMI >40.
3) Patients with BMI >35 with comorbidities.(Diabetes Mellitus,Hypertension,Obstructive sleep apnea,non alcoholic fatty liver, hyperlipidemias)
1.Patients for re exploration after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.
2.Pregnant patients.
3.Gastric outlet obstruction patients.
4.Patients not fit for anesthesia.
5.Patients with severe psychiatric illness
6.Patients of DVT
7.Patients unwilling for dietry compliance with postoperative dietry regimen and follow up.
