Inclusion Criteria

Inclusion criteria of caregivers
1.age 18 years old and over (if 60 years old and over, also pass screening for cognitive impairment by Mini-Cog assessment Thai version, a score of 3-5 means no cognitive impairment), 2. Be the main caregiver who is a family member not being paid Provide care to patients while they are admitted Hospitalization and when the patient returns home., 3. Have the ability to read and communicate in Thai., 4. Be a person who uses a smartphone, tablet, or laptop that can connect to the internet.,5. No depression Passed the depression screening 2Q and 9Q.
Inclusion criteria of patients
1. Newly admitted patients, both female and male, aged 60 years and over.,2. Be the recipient of hospital treatment at least 1 day before surgery.,3. There were no other bone fractures in conjunction with hip fractures,4. Pass the dementia screening. With the Thai version of the Mini-Cog evaluation form, which has a total score of 5 points, a score of 3 or more means there is no cognitive impairment.

Exclusion Criteria

Have disease problems that cannot be controlled or serious health conditions, including end-stage kidney failure, heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure with severe complications and the doctor has limitations on activities, etc.
Enclusion criteria of patients
1. A patient who has been unconscious since admission for more than 72 hours., 2. There are complications that require treatment in the intensive care unit., 3. Patients with pathological hip fractures Pathological fracture includes patients with cancer. that resulted in a hip fracture without any history of impact or has been diagnosed by a doctor as a pathological fracture
