•Clinical diagnosis of central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR) (Presence of subretinal fluid involving the macular area confirmed on OCT/ active leakage documented on fundus fluorescein angiography and/or indocyanine green angiography) causing subretinal fluid (SRF)
•If Acute CSCR, Patients with
•No resolution/persistence of SRF following 4 weeks of observation after first visit even after Stress mitigation + Lifestyle modification counselling OR
•Having clear history of persistent symptoms of duration 4 weeks or more AND
•Additionally have Visual Acuity of 6/9 BCVA or lesser.
•Willingness to undergo micropulse laser treatment and follow up

•Previous interventional treatment for CSCR (laser, photodynamic therapy, intravitreal injections)
•Concurrent use of systemic steroids at the time of recruitment into study
•Coexisting retinal diseases affecting the macula (e.g., age-related macular degeneration, diabetic macular edema, retinal vein occlusion)
•High myopia, uveitis, glaucoma, or significant media opacity
•History of ocular trauma or intraocular surgery within the last 6 months
•Systemic conditions that may confound results (uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, End Stage Renal Disease)
•Pregnancy or lactation
•Inability to comply with follow-up or imaging protocols; contraindicated or previous allergic reactions to FA/ICGA
