1. Adult patient above 19 years old
2. Patients planning to remove colon polyps larger than 2 cm by endoscopic treatment such as mucosal resection or submucosal dissection
3. Patients with adequate compliance and suitable geographic distance for follow-up
1. Patients with hematologic diseases and coagulation disorders
2. Patients who failed endoscopic procedure due to perforation or bleeding during the procedure
3. Patients who received two or more antiplatelet drugs within 5 days of the procedure or oral anticoagulant (DOAC) within 24 hours of the procedure
4. Patients who refused to consent to the study
