Inclusion Criteria

1. Study in school at least one or more semester.
2. Never admitted to treat internet or game or social media addiction 3. Depression score screening not more than 22.
4. Parents and students are welcome to participate in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion Criteria

Participants with health problems such as; admitted or mental health problems, including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD) or Learning Disorder(LD), or mental retardation (MR), or no depression or other health problems which can not attend the activity and answer the questionnaires.
