Brief Summary
Anaemia is condition in which the number of red blood cell or the hemoglobin concentration within them is lower than the normal which cause easily Fatigue, shortness of breath, palpitation, vertigo, headache etc. if not treated can cause serious issue on health and development.

Sample will be selected following preliminary and detailed screening using selected criteria.

Inclusion and exclusion criteria will be strictly follow.

After consideration of drops-out cases a minimum 40 cases will be enrolled for the study.

Case-taking will be done as per the strict homoeopathic principle.

Baseline scoring will be taken using Hb% and FSS.

Analysis and evaluation of each cases will be done.

Miasmatic analysis will be done.

Repertorization will be done by using Boenninghausen Characteristic and Repertory.

Final selection of the remedy will be done after consultation with Materia Medica.

Potency, Doses and Repetition of the indicated remedies will be guided strictly as per homoeopathic principle.

General( non-medical) management including appropriate diet and regimen will be advised.

Subsequent prescription (follow-up) will be generated according to relevant homoeopathic principle and will be recorded in the follow-up sheet

The baseline data will be compared with the data obtained after 6th months.

the score obtained will be compared and the result will be analyzed as per statistical methods and interference will be done thereafter.

Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients suffering from anaemia, with hemoglobin level between 7g/dl -12g/dl Patients of all socio-economic status and religions.
- •Patients willing to give consent to participating in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients having Hemoglobin level less than 7gm/dl Patients with early functional changes like any cause of trauma or injury due to which blood loss or low Hb% occur.
- •Patients with other diagnosed cases of anaemia viz.
- •sickle cell anaemia, thalassemia, aplastic anaemia, hemolytic anaemia etc.
- •Patients suffering from chronic kidney disease, malignancy and heart disease etc.
- •patients who are on substance abuse or dependence.
- •Patients already taking homeopathic medicine for any chronic diseases.
- •Pregnant and lactating women.
- •Patients suffering from unstable mental or psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or life-threatening illness.
