Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •i.Individuals between the ages of 18\-50 years
- •ii.Those fulfilling the ROME\-IV criteria for IBS
- •iii.Those who have experienced at least 1 episode of irritable bowel syndrome in the past 1 year
- •iv.Those who can read, write and speak Kannada or English
Exclusion Criteria
- •i.Participants with a history psychotic disorders, substance dependence, or bipolar affective disorder
- •ii.Those with any known major physical or neurological disorders
