Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) an age of 18 years or older, (2\) sufficient knowledge of German or English, (3\) access to an Internet\-enabled device, (4\) flight background
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) no signed consent form, (2\) suicidality, measured by item 9 of the Patient Health Questionnaire (Kroenke et al., 2001\), if primary care of the participant is not ensured (Note: In the event of suicidal tendencies, personal contact is initiated; participation in the study is only possible once primary care has been secured.
