Inclusion Criteria
Male and female subjects aged above 18 years.
�Subjects with BMI >= 25 25.
�Obese subjects willing to take residential treatment for a minimum of 21 days.
Exclusion Criteria
?Subjects with major psychiatric illness and on medications.
?Subjects currently on antiobesity medications or nutritional suppliments.
?Subjects who have undergone bariatric surgery for obesity.
?Pregnant/lactating women
