Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •A history of low back pain exceeding 3 months
- •BMI >=28
- •Pain intensity 3-5 points, assessed by the Pain Visual Analog Scale.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Presence of the herniated lumbar disk with or without neurological deficit.
- •Cardiovascular or systemic diseases.
- •Presence of the psychiatric disorder which might affect the compliance and the assessment of symptoms.
- •History of the spinal surgery.
- •Inflammatory, traumatic, infectious or malignant diseases of the vertebra.
- •Congenital deformity.
- •Individuals who were receiving concurrent treatment.
- •Individuals who refused to participate
