Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •A history of low back pain exceeding 3 months
  • •BMI \>\=28
  • •Pain intensity 3\-5 points, assessed by the Pain Visual Analog Scale.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Presence of the herniated lumbar disk with or without neurological deficit.
  • •Cardiovascular or systemic diseases.
  • •Presence of the psychiatric disorder which might affect the compliance and the assessment of symptoms.
  • •History of the spinal surgery.
  • •Inflammatory, traumatic, infectious or malignant diseases of the vertebra.
  • •Congenital deformity.
  • •Individuals who were receiving concurrent treatment.
  • •Individuals who refused to participate
