Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Isolated proximal phalangeal base fracture
  • •Injury less than 7 days

Exclusion Criteria

  • •open fracture, Gustilo II and III
  • •Neurovascular injury
  • •Adjacent finger injury
  • •Ipsilateral limb fracture
  • •Severe articular comminution (more than 3 fragments)
  • •Injury more than 7 days (unable to close reduction)
  • •Pre\-injury finger stiffness
  • •Uncontrolled diabetic mellitus
  • •Multiple trauma/ head injury thats interfere rehabilitation
