Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Isolated proximal phalangeal base fracture
- •Injury less than 7 days
Exclusion Criteria
- •open fracture, Gustilo II and III
- •Neurovascular injury
- •Adjacent finger injury
- •Ipsilateral limb fracture
- •Severe articular comminution (more than 3 fragments)
- •Injury more than 7 days (unable to close reduction)
- •Pre\-injury finger stiffness
- •Uncontrolled diabetic mellitus
- •Multiple trauma/ head injury thats interfere rehabilitation
