- •Patients with Abdominal Hollow Viscus Perforation including Perforation of Appendix / Gall bladder.
- •Patients undergoing Colo-Rectal surgeries with significant Fecal contamination
排除标准
- •Elective , clean Laparotomies with iatrogenic small Perforations which were sealed
- •immediately without significant contamination
