Inclusion Criteria

OSAS patients:
1. Slight to moderate patients who meet the OSAS diagnostic criteria (sleep apnea-hypopnea index 5 to 30);
2. Aged 20 to 55 years old;
3. Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) > 10;
4. No abnormal brain structure and contraindications to magnetic resonance examination;
5. Those who agree and sign the informed consent;
Healthy subjects:
30 healthy subjects with matching age and education level;
1. Aged 30-65 years old;
2. Does not meet the OSAS diagnostic criteria, no sleep snoring;
3. Baker Depression Scale score <3 points, Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) < 10;
4. No previous history of psychiatric or other major diseases of the system.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Body mass index (BMI) > 30;
2. Other diseases that cause similar symptoms: simple snoring, severe anatomical problems at upper airway, central apnea and Chen Shi's breathing, and other diseases (such as narcolepsy, lack of sleep, periodic limb movement disorders, Ning leg syndrome, abnormal thyroid function, third-degree enlarged tonsils, use of alcohol or drugs);
3. Combined with cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases, serious primary diseases, cancer nose
Tumor and oral cancer;
4. Eliminate permanent mental illness: lifelong bipolar disorder, any type of mental illness Schizophrenia, any type of delusion disorder, any type of dementia, organic brain disorders, and abuse of alcohol or other substances in the 2 years before the onset of labor illness.
