Inclusion Criteria
1. Ages 18 and 70 Of all sex
2. ASA PS I and II
3.MPC I and II
4. Anaesthesia time less than 1 hour
5. Spontaneously ventilated patients
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with sore throat history of less than four weeks
2.Patients with history of Chronic Obstructive Airway illness and allergic airway diseases
3.Patients with restricted mouth opening and short neck
5. BMI >30
6. MPC III and IV
7. Anaesthesia time lasting more than 1 hour
8. Procedures requiring positive presssure vcentilation
