入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients scheduled for infra umbilical surgeries of less than 2 hour duration.
- •ASA physical status 1 and 2.
- •Basal metabolic index of less than 30 kg per sq meters.
排除标准
- •Patients with coagulopathy or hypovolemia.
- •Pregnant patients.
- •Obese patients. (BMI more than 30 kg per sq meters)
- •Height of the patients more than 180 cm or less than 150 cm.
- •Patients with significant cardiovascular system, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, neurological or psychological diseases.
- •Recent use of any analgesics, sedative drugs or antidepressants.
- •History of alcohol abuse.
- •Any contraindications to SAB.
