(1) Gender unlimited, aged between 18 and 80 years old;
(2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for persistent postural perceptual dizziness, as well as the diagnostic criteria for liver yang hyperactivity syndrome in vertigo;
(3) Those who voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign an informed consent form;
(4) Having a certain level of education, able to read simple articles and write simple sentences in the past;
(5) No severe functional organs or other serious diseases are present.
(1) Individuals with dizziness/dizziness disorders other than Persistent postural perceptual dizziness;
(2) Has received or is currently taking anti anxiety/depression medication treatment within the past three months and has an impact on the observed indicators;
(3) Patients with other serious internal and external diseases;
(4) Patients with allergies or contraindications to the investigational drug;
