Inclusion Criteria
1.Women belongs to ASA I and ASA II posted for Gynaecological surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Women with ASA III and ASA IV.
2.Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic agent.
3.Backache,Scoliosis or having a history of back surgery.
4.Infection on the injection site.
5.Clotting and hemorrhagic disorders.
6.Refusal to Spinal anaesthesia.
7.Height Shorter than 150cms or longer than 180cms.
