Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient aged 10\-19 years
- •2\. Symptomatic flexible flat foot
- •3\. Not responding to conservative treatment
- •4\. Patient previously underwent isolated subtalar arthroereisis and soft tissue release for flexible flat foot
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient not giving informed consent for the study
- •2\. Rigid flatfoot
- •3\. Post\-traumatic flatfoot
- •4\. Talocalaneal coalition
- •5\. Secondary flatfoot caused by neuromuscular disorders
- •6\. Ankle sprain/tear
- •7\. Patient having ankle arthritis
- •8\. Patient who are not able to walk
- •9\. Associated with any other limb injury or fracture
