Inclusion Criteria
1. Patient aged 10-19 years
2. Symptomatic flexible flat foot
3. Not responding to conservative treatment
4. Patient previously underwent isolated subtalar arthroereisis and soft tissue release for flexible flat foot
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient not giving informed consent for the study
2. Rigid flatfoot
3. Post-traumatic flatfoot
4. Talocalaneal coalition
5. Secondary flatfoot caused by neuromuscular disorders
6. Ankle sprain/tear
7. Patient having ankle arthritis
8. Patient who are not able to walk
9. Associated with any other limb injury or fracture
